At Trending Hype, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items such as sale items, personal care products, undergarments, or customized products may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Exchanges

  • We allow product exchanges only for size or damaged/defective items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong item, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe return delivery.
